Delivery & FAQ's


Deliveries are made on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, generally between the hours of 11am - 2pm. Some days deliveries may be slightly delayed due to traffic or unexpected circumstances.

Please make sure you are home during these times or have arranged for a safe place to leave the deliveries (for example with a neighbor, in a safe location or with your jurisdiction person).

1. How do I know when the meals are being delivered? 

We will message you on Facebook or call the provided mobile number when we have arrived.

2. Can I make adjustments to my meals or orders?

Yes you definitely can! Just send us a message on or on Facebook messenger at and quote your order number.

3. Are meals the same every week?

Nope! Each week we create a different menu to keep your meals interesting while still staying healthy and delicious! 

4. Do you have vegetarian and vegan meals?

With each meal delivery day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) we have vegetarian and vegan options available.
